Math Classes

Complete a 5-credit math course in the evenings or on the weekends

Our high school credit courses give you the flexibility to fit school into your busy schedule. For adult learners, recent grads, or current students, taking a course outside of normal daytime hours is often the best way to upgrade your marks or complete your diploma.

Fall/winter math classes

Choose a timeframe

Take it slow and steady with a 4 month class (5.5 hrs/week), finish fast with an 8 week intensive (12.5 hrs/week), or work from home on your own schedule. Choose a timeframe below to see which courses are available.

Fast track programs

15.5 hours/week for 8 weeks
Metro Continuing Education (7835 76 Ave NW)

Pick up the pace! Pick up the pace with Metro’s Fast Track Program. It’s intensive, fast-paced, and best suited for students who are already familiar with the course content and have ample time to dedicate to their studies. Note: Students may take one class per quarter.

  • Quarter 1: Sept 7 - Oct 26, 2019 (no classes Oct 12)
  • Quarter 2: Nov 14, 2019 - Jan 14, 2020 (no classes Dec 21 - Jan 3)
  • Quarter 3: Feb 3 - Mar 31, 2020 (no classes Feb 15, Feb 27, Mar 23 - 28)
  • Quarter 4: Apr 16 - Jun 6, 2020 (no classes May 16 & 19)

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Self-directed programs

Your own timeline and pace

Work independently for added convenience and flexibility. With Self-Directed Learning, you have the ability to set your own pace and work independently through supplied print materials.

Program includes access to a teacher advisor and support through scheduled tutorial hours.

Self-Directed Learning at Metro is open to students 20 years of age or older on September 1, 2019.
