Rundle School

The transition of the Rundle school building to a community hub has begun. Metro Continuing Education is excited to bring our experience in providing learning opportunities to all ages and needs to bring the community vision to life.

The District’s vision for the Rundle facility is a building that will:

  • enhance the quality of life for students and families attending schools in the community
  • be a positive asset to the Rundle community
  • offer programs and services that are relevant and useful to the community

Edmonton Public Schools has worked closely with stakeholders to help define how the Rundle School building can serve as an asset to the community.

Stakeholders have shared a vision for the Rundle School building that includes many activities and services that could engage people aged 2 to 92, including:

  • academic supports / adult learning
  • arts / music / dance enrichment
  • community / social events
  • cultural / language programming
  • Indigenous community programs
  • recreational activities / sports / play (indoors and outdoors)
  • seniors activities
  • supports to families
