Fall/winter program types

In-class programs

5.5 hours/week for 4 months

Set yourself up for success! Our in-class programs are taught by experienced, supportive instructors at Metro Continuing Education (7835 76 Ave NW).

Day and time options:

  • Mondays and Wednesdays6:15 - 9:00pm or
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays6:15 - 9:00pm or
  • Saturdays8:30am - 2:15pm

Fast track programs

12.5 hours/week for 8 weeks

Pick up the pace with Metro’s Fast Track Program. This is an intensive, fast-paced program that is best suited for students who are already familiar with the course content and have ample time to dedicate to their studies. All classes are at Metro Continuing Education (7835 76 Ave NW).

Days and times. Students attend all class sessions:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays6:00 - 9:30pm  AND
  • Saturdays8:30am - 1:50pm

Self-directed programs

Your own timeline and pace

Work independently for added convenience and flexibility. With Self-Directed Learning, you have the ability to set your own pace and work independently through supplied print materials.

Program includes access to a teacher advisor and support through scheduled tutorial hours.

Advisor/tutor support times:

  • Monday to Thursday5:00 - 6:20pm
