Cooking whole, unprocessed, plant-based food is easier than you think! We’ll talk about what ingredients to look for, how to find them (at the right price!) and how to transition to this tasty lifestyle. You’ll prepare a vegetable stock, a delicious veggie patty and a mock-tuna salad. Materials: $15
