Strength Training for Women

Strength training builds muscle, burns fat, increases overall health and boosts self-confidence. Learn and practise several workout routines that you can do on your own in any gym, and discover exercises that let you use your body weight to become stronger and fitter. Please bring two dumbbells of different weights (one light, one heavy).
