Sensational Soups

Put the super into your homemade soups this winter! Chef Sally will share her favourite soup recipes and reveal surprising tips for ratcheting up the flavours. She’ll also demonstrate a nutritious vegetable broth base that you can prepare in minutes and store in the freezer so you’ll always be ready to whip up a bowl of steaming goodness. The menu will include a non-dairy creamy broccoli almond soup, mushroom barley soup, and spiced chicken and black bean soup. Demonstration course. Materials: $20
