With summer fast approaching, learn how to create an array of tasty gourmet-style salads without breaking a sweat. Explore inspiring ways to take your salads beyond just lettuce, and whip up a selection of delicious dressings to take home. We’ll create shrimp mandarin spinach salad with orange vinaigrette; broccoli, fruit and nut salad with poppy seed dressing; and Mediterranean chopped salad. Materials: $20
