Pilates Core & Strength

Engage deep core muscles while improving strength and posture. Pilates is a conditioning program that will improve stamina, flexibility and co-ordination. This class will target abdominal and back muscles to develop a stronger, leaner body. Safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels, Pilates is injury preventative and rehabilitative. You can bring your own dyna-band or purchase one for $10 in the first class.
