Perogy Basics

In this class, you will discover your inner baba (or dido) and learn the basics of Ukrainian perogy making: how to make the dough and a variety of fillings, including fruit and vegan options, and how to pinch them perfectly without losing all that filling. We will then cook them up and enjoy! You’ll leave with a recipe book and a midnight snack. Materials: $20
