Mindfulness & Meditation

You’d like to start practising mindfulness and meditation—but how do you choose from all the different approaches? Learn how various practices can help you manage stress and bring your life back into balance. Each week, you’ll be introduced to a new technique, as well as the science behind it, and have the opportunity to practise, reflect and ask questions. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion or blanket to sit on.
