HIIT Workout

Rev up your energy and metabolism in this fun and fast-paced class! Each session will incorporate a warm-up routine, followed by a 30-minute high-intensity interval training circuit. This form of cardio intersperses intervals of high-intensity exercise with intervals of low-intensity exercise or complete rest. You’ll see results in no time! All movements will be demonstrated with proper technique, and modifications will be provided as required. All fitness levels welcome.
