Eating Local for Edmontonians

If you prefer to eat locally grown food whenever possible, you’re a locavore at heart! This class will connect you with a variety of local food providers, including and beyond the local farmers markets. Learn about local U-picks and community-supported agriculture as sources of fresh fruits and vegetables. We will be preparing and sampling a variety of locally grown vegetables, fresh berries and locally raised meat. Materials: $20
