Discover Mindfulness

Get grounded in the fundamentals of a mindfulness-based approach to daily life. We’ll discuss the science of stress and its effect on our physical, mental and emotional well-being as well as how developing a regular practice can help you manage stress and cultivate more calm and peace in your daily life. Please bring a yoga mat, cushion or blanket to sit on.
