Cooking for the Kitchen Rookie

Gain confidence in the kitchen! In each class, you’ll learn to prepare a complete meal from savoury start to sweet finish. Toss together Greek salad and Japanese cabbage salad, as well as simple, satisfying favourites like omelettes, corn chowder, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken and potatoes. We’ll round out the menus with chocolate chip cookies, cupcakes and brownies. Materials: $50
