Chair Yoga

If a limited range of motion, illness or injury is preventing you from participating in a traditional yoga practice, chair yoga may be the answer! This class will guide you through a gentle practice of sitting and standing poses incorporating a chair for balance and support. Reduce pain while improving balance, strength, flexibility, posture and focus. This class is also ideal for those who are desk-bound at work and seeking to lower the risks of prolonged sitting.
