Around the World With Chef Vinod

Join Chef Vinod for a whirlwind culinary tour of the globe. First, we’ll visit France for escargots à la bourguignonne (snails in red wine and garlic butter) and Italy for insalata caprese (salad from Capri). Next, we’ll travel to India for coconut curry chicken and to the Orient for shiitake fried rice. Our journey will conclude in the Middle East with refreshing mint tea.
