Summer School Classes

Summer School 2020

Stage 2 of the province's Relaunch Strategy includes provisions for larger public gatherings and the opening of K-12 schools with specific guidance. As a result, Metro is receiving many questions about whether summer school and summer camps will now be offered in person, online, or with a combination of the learning models.

This year, delivery of summer school and summer camps will continue to be offered online. Our goal is to confidently deliver high-quality learning opportunities to students while adhering to the social distancing requirements that are still in place. Although reopening is underway, we realize that the situation continues to evolve and we want to do what is best for the safety of our students and continuity of programming.
