Emergency First Aid & CPR Level C with AED

In-person at Metro Continuing Education Map
Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Includes training for adults, children and infants as well as use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator). Note: To receive your 3-year certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR Level A or C you will need to successfully pass a multiple choice quiz at the end of the session.

Online Self-Guided Sessions
Interested in learning independently?
- The time required to complete one self-guided course is approximately 24 hours: (2 hours per lesson X 12 lessons).
- Once you are registered, you have 3 months of access to complete the course.
- Metro's recommendation is that a self-guided course is completed over multiple PD days.
