Intro to Kettlebells

Kettlebell training is different from other forms of weight training because it exercises many parts of the body simultaneously. In this introductory class, we'll cover fundamental kettlebell exercises that will improve body conditioning, muscle tone and stamina. Learn to lift and squat your way to improved strength and flexibility. You'll walk away with a great workout and be swinging kettlebells like a pro in no time! Please bring a 5 lb or 10 lb kettlebell to class.
