Fresh-Baked Spring Pies

Nothing rounds out a meal made with seasonal springtime ingredients like a fresh-baked pie. Roll up your sleeves and learn to create a variety of irresistible pies, including light strawberry pie, lemon meringue pie, key lime pie and fruit pies. And because the secret to a perfect pie is in the foundation, we’ll cover how to make both a basic lard crust and a butter crust. Materials: $20
