Body Blast

Join Annyse, an instructor certified by the Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association, for a class that delivers a whole-body workout package: strength, cardio and core! Increase your functional fitness by repeating interval workouts in these three key areas. Movement combinations will provide a balanced workout in each class. High- and low-impact options will be offered. All fitness levels welcome. Please bring a set of 1 lb or 2 lb dumbbells to class.
